KAISER lockers are full automatic 100% locking rugged yet smooth operating locking differentials.

The most important detail regarding this line of lockers is the sophisticated cluth / coupling behaviour. A thorough designed mechanical outer and inner clutch ring together with steel roller bars allows for better control of the coupling / uncoupling mechanism thus improving drive comfort and performance. Additionally a lager contact area allows for improved torque transfer throughout the differential.

We recommend ADDINOL GH 75W-140 as lubricant for this locker.

 Detroit Automatic Lockers and LSD's 
 

Tractech is the manufacturer of the Detroit series of locking differentials and LSD's.

The 'Detroit Locker' is a complete 100% positive locking automatic differential. Either wheel requiering the most power gets it. Up to 100% torque.

The TrueTrac Model ist different. It delivers up to a miximum of 75% of the available power to either wheel and therefore acts like a Limited Slip Differential (LSD). The power is distibuted by helical gear sets - there are no clutches or friction material, no need for 'special LSD oil'!

The Detroit E-Z Locker™ and Detroit Gearless Locker™ keep the wheels locked together (except when turning) so that together the left and right wheels, always deliver maximum traction to the ground; neither wheel can spin out.

They allow different wheel speeds in a turn by disconnecting the faster - moving wheel (usually the outside wheel which is ground - driven faster throughout the turn), driving the vehicle with the other (inside) wheel.

We recommend ADDINOL GH 75W-140 as lubricant for these lockers.

     KAM Differentials 
     

    KAM is the manufacturer of a complete line of ultra reliable and durable manually operated lockers for LandRover and Sanatana.

    Key element for this locker is the patented solenoid mechanism. This unit engages the locking dog with a force of ~13kgs and keeps it in place with a force of up to 17kgs. To keep the locker engaged only 1.1Amps are being drawn. The switch informs the driver with a symbol of the atual state of the locker.

    The system was designed for the SANTANA (LandRover license production) series of Offroad vehicles for the Spanish Army and we are happy to offer you this spinoff for your vehicle.

    All parts are designed for strength and reliability - all you'd expect from army-grade equipment!

    This locker will be delivered including new stronger halfshafts, diff cover, controller, switches and wiring harness. No compressor or vacuum needed - simple installation requiring only minor changes on the diff housing. Delivery varies with model, picture is exemplary.

    ARB is the manufacturer of the famous AirLocker.

    The 'AirLocker' is a complete 100% locking manual actuated differential.

    The locking ring gets shifted into gear due to pressurized air which is supplied by an onboard compressor.

    In open mode this locker is a true open diff with a smooth and even distribution of torque to the wheels on firm ground.

     Additives 
     

    LSD additive

    Improves operation of friction-type LSDs. Can be used together with standard gearbox oil usually not suited for LSDs - usually such oil will render your locker useless.

    Simly add 2% of the additive to regain your locking capability. Comes in bottles of 100ml for 2l of gear oil suitable for 1 axle up to 5% addon.

    Note: worn out or broken LSDs cannot be restored with this additive!
