We take data protection seriously. This website uses no cookies, no visitor analytics, no advertising and no content or scripts from third parties.

2. What happens when you visit this website

All content of this website – text, images, fonts and design – is delivered exclusively from our own web server. We use no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, no social media plugins, no map or video services and no third-party fonts (e.g. Google Fonts). No user profiles are created.

3. Hosting and server log files

Each time a page is accessed, our hosting provider's web server automatically stores access data (server log files): page or file accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, success message, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, IP address and requesting provider.

This data is used solely to deliver the website securely and reliably and to detect misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log files are deleted after a maximum of 7 days unless they are needed longer to investigate a specific incident. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Contact by email, phone or fax

When you contact us, we process your details (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation or process an order. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual and contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

This website links to our WhatsApp number. The link itself transmits no data. Only when you write to us via WhatsApp is your data (including phone number, metadata and message content) processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland; a transfer to the USA is possible. 6. Links to other websites and to YouTube

This website contains links to other websites, e.g. to manufacturers, to powertrax-defense.com and to videos on YouTube. Videos are not embedded, only linked. Data is transferred to the respective provider only when you click such a link; from then on, that provider's privacy policy applies. YouTube is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

7. Customer and business data

For quotations, orders and projects we process the necessary data of our customers and suppliers (e.g. company and contact details, contract, delivery and payment data). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (c) GDPR. Business records are kept in accordance with statutory retention periods (generally 6 or 10 years under German commercial and tax law).

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to

• access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have incorrect data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR),
• withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

10. Changes
